For over 16 years, I’ve worked within the creative industry, where I’ve had the privilege of helping people bring their visions to life by deeply understanding who they are, what drives them and the stories they want to share with the world.
Along the way, I began to wonder: what if the stories we tell ourselves are the very things keeping us from feeling fulfilled?
As a naturally practical person, I wasn’t searching for mystical answers or surface-level explanations. I wanted to understand why we think, feel and behave the way we do within the bigger picture of our lives.
That search led me to Sphinx Spiritual School of Learning, where I discovered a practical philosophy that brought clarity to human behaviour, personal patterns and a deeper meaning and purpose to life.
As an accredited trauma-informed practitioner, I don’t help clients to keep them; I help them to set them free.
